I’m Laïla, a Remote & Hybrid Work Consultant. I’ve worked with distributed companies since 2014 as a designer, facilitator, leader in people operations and culture, and thought leader in new ways of working.
I design and facilitate engaging experiences for distributed teams and regularly advocate for remote teamwork in various publications, podcasts, and conferences.
In the past decade, I’ve showcased innovative ways of flexible work, winning an award for an outstanding hybrid/virtual retreat for Mural in 2021 and earning recognition as one of the top 50 remote enablers in 2023 and 2024.
